A Six Week Course focusing on the Five Element Theory and practice. The Perfect place to start your Qigong Journey

I am now offering a 6-week Introduction to Qigong Course, which will focus on Five Element Theory and Qigong practice. Each class will be 90 minutes in length and I will also be providing a series of videos and handouts that can be followed at home to help people really gain the most benefit from this course.

Five Elements Qigong is a central practice within Traditional Chinese Medicine and it is the perfect way to start your Qigong journey. Through regular practice you will start to connect with your body’s own innate and very powerful healing abilities.  Within Five Elements practice we will be working with the elements of Metal, Water, Wood, Fire and Earth each of which is associated with specific organs, emotions and aspects of our nature.

Five Elements Qigong aims to balance and circulate your  bodies energy (Qi) through the use of specific movements, sounds, colours, and breathing exercises that resonate with each of these elements

 

Regular Five Elements Practice can promote

* A stronger immune system and improved physical and mental wellbeing

* A greater strength and resilience to stress both mentally and physically
* A lowering of blood pressure

Qigong is simple, easy to learn and can be enjoyed by everyone, at any age and fitness level. 

Cost of 6 week course – including videos and handouts – £105
Maximum of 5 people per course.  Fridays 12-1.30pm
